Co-Hosting a TPM Academy®
The TPM Academy® is a training developed by the U.S. Chamber Foundation that seeks to enhance partnerships between employers and their talent supply chain partners. It is facilitated by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and is supported by a customized curriculum that serves as an employer handbook giving participants the knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement talent supply chain solutions on behalf of their employer collaborative members using the Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) framework.
We offer our TPM Academy in three formats: 1) self-paced/on demand, 2) virtual blended learning, and 3) in-person.
Consider this page your one-stop-shop to learn how to co-host an in-person TPM Academy. (If interested in learning more about our virtual TPM Academy options, please see this page.)
TPM Coordinator Toolkit
This resource is meant to guide you through the role of a coordinator (i.e., the person and entity that co-hosts a TPM Academy with the U.S. Chamber Foundation), what it means to host a stellar TPM Academy, and how to set you and your community up for successful implementation of the TPM® framework once the training has completed.
The toolkit includes suggestions and resources shared by your peers who have organized TPM Academies in their communities and continue to engage with the U.S. Chamber Foundation through the TPM National Learning Network (NLN).
